Rebuild of the sitecore_suggested_test_index is triggered every hour

  • Starting from Sitecore XP 9.1 Update-1, a full rebuild of the sitecore_suggested_test_index search index is triggered once an hour. 

    ManagedPoolThread #3 11:02:56 WARN  IndexCustodian. FullRebuild triggered on index sitecore_suggested_test_index.
    ManagedPoolThread #9 12:03:00 WARN  IndexCustodian. FullRebuild triggered on index sitecore_suggested_test_index.
    ManagedPoolThread #7 13:03:03 WARN  IndexCustodian. FullRebuild triggered on index sitecore_suggested_test_index.

    This can lead to increased resource consumption.

  • To revert the task settings to run it once every 24 hours, as it was implemented in previous Sitecore XP versions, do the following:

    1. Use the Content Editor to open the /sitecore/system/Tasks/Schedules/Content Testing/Rebuild Suggested Tests Index item in the Master database.
    2. Modify the value of the Schedule field as follows:
      replace
      20140101|99990101|127|1:00:00
      with
      20140101|99990101|127|1.00:00
